What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using BMW‑specific scan tools and equipment
- Execute complex mechanical repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems
- Conduct routine maintenance services in accordance with BMW factory schedules
- Interpret technical service bulletins and repair procedures to ensure accurate fixes
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and environmental standards
- Assist junior technicians with training and knowledge sharing
- Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate findings to service advisors
What We're Looking For
- BMW Master Technician certification or equivalent factory‑level training
- ASE certification in relevant automotive systems
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing BMW and other European exotic vehicles
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment, including ISTA/D and ISTA/P
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in modern automobiles
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship
