As the Young People and Family Services Manager, you will oversee and coordinate programming dedicated to young people and their families throughout every CCAR Recovery Community Center. This on-site, full-time position in Barry Square, Hartford County, is ideal for an energetic, deeply organized professional who finds purpose in walking alongside individuals and families navigating recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate young people and family support services consistently across all CCAR Recovery Community Centers.
• Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring services are accessible, welcoming, and responsive to community needs.
• Build trusted relationships with young people, families, and peers engaged in the recovery process.
• Collaborate with center staff and volunteers to deliver organized, dependable programming.
• Champion CCAR's recovery-centered mission in every interaction.
