Traveling Laborer Telecom Underground

TelCom Construction is hiring for a full-time Traveling Laborer position supporting underground telecommunications construction in Moorhead, Clay County. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse underground infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Traveling Laborer for our Telecom Underground division, you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of underground telecommunications cable and infrastructure installation. Based in the Moorhead area of Clay County, you'll work on various active construction sites throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Execute labor duties across all stages of underground telecom construction
• Perform material loading, unloading, and site handling
• Assist with excavation, trenching, and ground preparation
• Operate and maintain construction equipment as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and practices
• Travel to different jobsites as project needs dictate
