About the Role

As a key member of our construction leadership team, you'll oversee underground telecommunications projects from start to finish. This full-time position requires travel to active construction sites, where you'll manage day-to-day operations, enforce industry standards, and maintain quality across every phase of work.

What You'll Do

• Direct construction crews on underground cable, fiber, and telecommunications infrastructure projects
• Enforce compliance with established construction protocols, safety standards, and company policies at each job site
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure timely, professional completion
• Conduct daily site inspections and walkthroughs to verify standards adherence
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and crews to resolve challenges and optimize workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all supervised projects
• Ensure crew safety and adherence to OSHA and industry safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications or utility construction
• Knowledge of underground construction practices, equipment, and materials
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
