About the Role
As an Operation Experience Manager, you're a key member of the store leadership team committed to maintaining and improving operational standards and customer service. You'll oversee critical fulfillment processes while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Home Depot's commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance strategic oversight with direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Order Fulfillment team in executing picking, staging, and loading operations with precision and efficiency
- Establish and maintain best practices that create a seamless, integrated customer experience across online and in-store services
- Execute store standards and operational processes related to customer service, department readiness, and inventory management
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop associates to strengthen overall store capability
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies across all fulfillment activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management, order fulfillment, logistics, or similar retail leadership role
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams toward operational goals and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with associates at all levels and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience with inventory systems, fulfillment technology, or warehouse management preferred
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment
