About the Role

As a Repair and Tool Technician, you'll be the expert behind our equipment maintenance and repair operations. You'll work in Tool Rental Centers located in our stores or in our specialized repair centers, where you'll service the tools and equipment our customers depend on. Your work ensures that our rental fleet stays in top working condition and ready for customer use.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and portable electrical tools
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operational
• Assess equipment condition and provide customers with repair recommendations and options
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
• Test repaired equipment to verify functionality and safety
• Work efficiently to meet service timelines and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Experience with small engine repair, power equipment maintenance, or electrical tool service
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications
