What You'll Do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for incarcerated individuals

• Collaborate with correctional officers, medical staff, and healthcare professionals on coordinated inmate care
• Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk evaluation in a secure facility environment
• Document clinical services and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records
• Support reentry planning and discharge coordination with community resources

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Missouri or eligible for reciprocity
• Professional experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, or corrections settings
• Demonstrated competency in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis de-escalation
• Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and team coordination
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Bonne Terre
• Willingness to complete background screening and professional credentialing requirements
