What You'll Do

• Prepare wood surfaces using proven preparation techniques and equipment
• Apply finishes and stains using precision spray methods to achieve professional results
• Match existing colors and apply custom finishes to customer specifications
• Inspect work in progress and completed projects for quality and durability
• Communicate with homeowners and business owners to understand their vision and deliver satisfaction
• Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and keep job sites organized
• Contribute to the team's reputation for excellence and on-time completion

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented approach to quality craftsmanship
• Physical capability to work on feet throughout the day and lift materials
• Reliable transportation to service locations in Stafford and surrounding areas
