What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans addressing orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions and progression protocols aligned with evidence-based clinical practice
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols, regulatory standards, and professional ethical guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one
