What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive perinatal nursing care from labor admission through postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status through electronic fetal monitoring and clinical assessment
• Support families during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases with compassion and expertise
• Collaborate with obstetric physicians, certified nurse midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Respond effectively to high-acuity situations and provide skilled emergency nursing care

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in California or valid reciprocal license in good standing
• One to two years of recent, hands-on Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess and respond to patient changes
• Patient-centered, compassionate approach to obstetric nursing
• Ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative team environments
