Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled perioperative nursing care across a standard 40-hour week made up of 8-hour shifts.
- Provide procedural support within the Operating Room, assisting the surgical team throughout each case.
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient environment for patients undergoing surgery.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow OR staff to ensure smooth case flow.
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures and respond promptly to changing needs.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of surgical and perioperative procedures.
- Availability to begin immediately and commit to the full 13-week assignment.
