This is a full-time travel nursing contract supporting endoscopy services in Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia. You will join the clinical team to deliver attentive perioperative care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and assess each patient's condition before, throughout, and following endoscopy procedures, escalating any changes without delay.
- Administer medications and provide clinical care in line with established protocols and physician direction.
- Prepare patients for procedures and support a safe, efficient workflow within the endoscopy suite.
- Coordinate with physicians, technicians, and the wider care team to maintain high standards of patient safety.
- Document care accurately and communicate updates to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Endoscopy or comparable procedural nursing background.
- Availability to commit to 10-hour shifts totaling 40 hours weekly for the full 10-week term.
