About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site travel nursing contract based in Marysville. As an L&D Travel Nurse with Vetted Health, you will join a labor and delivery unit and provide skilled bedside care across a 13-week assignment. The schedule covers 36 hours each week, structured as three 12-hour shifts, with an ASAP start date for candidates who are credentialed and available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients within the L&D unit.
- Closely monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns to the care team as needed.
- Work a 36-hour week made up of 12-hour shifts throughout the 13-week contract.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and unit staff to keep mothers and newborns safe and comfortable.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with facility protocols and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Washington.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Specialty background in Labor and Delivery (L&D).
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Marysville, WA for the full duration of the assignment.
- Availability to begin as soon as possible on a 12-hour shift rotation.
