The Opportunity
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ozark, Missouri. As an ER RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care during critical moments of their lives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The ER RN is responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing life-threatening problems and performing triage interventions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recording present symptomology and collecting a thorough patient history
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in coordination with other healthcare team members
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A current and valid RN license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered care approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
