About the Role

Gifted Healthcare is seeking dedicated emergency room nurses to provide expert clinical care in fast-paced acute care settings. As an ER RN, you'll be at the forefront of emergency medicine, caring for patients during their most critical moments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Document current patient symptoms and perform comprehensive health history assessments
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide immediate triage and stabilization for patients presenting with acute and life-threatening conditions
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage patient comfort and safety protocols
• Communicate clinical updates and coordinate care transitions with other departments and facilities
• Respond to emergencies with clinical expertise and emotional intelligence in high-pressure situations

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey required
• Minimum of one year emergency department or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• BLS certification and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate under intense pressure
• Flexibility to adapt to the unpredictable nature of emergency healthcare
