About the Role

As Training Project Coordinator, you'll manage the operational backbone of our training initiatives. Working from our specialized training facility, you'll oversee scheduling, participant coordination, and resource management for technical workshops and hands-on programs. Your efforts will ensure that each training program—covering electrical systems, switchgear, protection technologies, and automation solutions—reaches participants successfully and delivers measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, registration, and attendance for technical training workshops and programs
• Manage facility resources, training materials, and equipment logistics
• Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, participants, and program outcomes
• Communicate with instructors, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
• Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets to keep initiatives on schedule
• Identify and recommend improvements to training effectiveness and participant experience
• Support curriculum development and implementation efforts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project coordination, training administration, or similar role
