TPA Services Manager

BC&L is seeking a full-time TPA Services Manager to oversee day-to-day third-party administrator operations in Jollyville, Williamson County. You'll lead a team focused on delivering accurate claims processing, responsive member services, and timely project delivery while maintaining our high operational standards.

What This Role Involves

As TPA Services Manager, you'll take ownership of operational excellence across claims administration, member support, and special initiatives. Your primary focus will be ensuring that processes run smoothly, quality standards are consistently met, and your team has the guidance and resources they need to deliver results. You'll partner closely with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement across all service areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily claims processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Oversee member services operations and resolve escalated inquiries
• Manage assigned special projects that support broader organizational initiatives
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development
• Establish and maintain service level agreements with measurable performance metrics
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and activities

• Proven experience managing TPA operations, claims processing, or similar administrative functions
