Security Shift Supervisor

About the Role

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will oversee all security activities during your assigned shifts, directing Security Officers, Lead Officers, and support staff. You'll be responsible for maintaining rigorous adherence to client post orders, coordinating regular security rounds, and ensuring all required documentation and incident reports are completed accurately and timely. The position offers a wage of $24.00 per hour and provides meaningful leadership experience in the security industry.

What You'll Do

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers assigned to the client site, providing clear direction and performance feedback
• Verify that all post orders and security protocols are followed consistently throughout your shift
• Monitor and coordinate scheduled security rounds across the premises
• Review, prepare, and file required incident reports, activity logs, and other documentation
• Communicate with company management and clients regarding daily operations, security concerns, and personnel matters
• Respond to security issues and emergencies while maintaining calm, professional judgment
• Train and mentor security staff to uphold company standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a security supervisory or leadership role (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of security operations, protocols, and industry standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure situations calmly
• Attention to detail in documentation and report writing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
