Our talent team is representing a confidential federal IT services organization seeking a Telecommunications Transition Order Specialist to join their Telecommunications Service Support Team at Scott Air Force Base, Saint Clair County. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical federal IT infrastructure in a dynamic operational support environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage telecommunications transition orders for federal infrastructure
• Coordinate service transitions and ensure smooth implementation of telecommunications changes
• Provide operational support for telecommunications service requests and modifications
• Work closely with technical teams to facilitate order fulfillment and service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of transition orders throughout their lifecycle
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding order status, timelines, and resolution of issues
• Support proactive identification and resolution of potential service transition challenges
