Technical Enablement Lead, Claude Platform

Anthropic is seeking a full-time Technical Enablement Lead for the Claude Platform, based in San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; or Seattle, WA. In this role, you'll own the technical training, hands-on labs, and enablement content that empower Anthropic's go-to-market teams to confidently demonstrate and teach the Claude Developer Platform.

About the Role

The Claude Platform ships continuously, and every launch needs ready enablement so the team can hit the ground running. You'll take ownership of the complete enablement lifecycle: designing compelling demos that showcase API capabilities, agent frameworks, tool use, and MCP integrations; building interactive labs; and ensuring training resources launch alongside new features. You'll collaborate with product teams during roadmap planning so enablement is built in parallel with development. You're an engineer who finds meaning in teaching. You've shipped real products and understand when a demo simply shows features versus when it inspires adoption and empowers sellers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Transform new platform capabilities—APIs, agents, MCP, tool use, memory and skills—into polished demos, labs, and quick-reference guides within days of release
• Design demo scenarios across industries and developer personas to illustrate real-world Claude Platform impact
• Deliver hands-on training sessions ranging from small team labs to 100+ person field-readiness events
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours
• Build self-service resources and automation tools so enablement scales without your presence at every session
• Test platform features pre-launch and deliver feedback to product on seller questions and blockers
• Track enablement usage and feedback to understand what resonates and what to retire

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineer, sales engineer, developer advocate, or technical enablement leader
• Strong track record writing production code and building technical demonstrations
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agent frameworks—tool use, MCP, agent SDKs—beyond prompting
• Daily use of AI coding assistants as core infrastructure in your engineering work
• Experience presenting technical content live to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated success partnering with sales and go-to-market teams
• Preferred: portfolio of labs, courses, talks, or open-source work you built
• Preferred: regular use of Claude Code or comparable agentic tools
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Claude through Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Foundry
• Preferred: founder or 0-to-1 operator background who drove product to market fit
• Preferred: public speaking or conference presentation experience
• Preferred: experience building demo environments, content automation, or enablement infrastructure
