This full-time position is based in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, with an expected salary range of $65,000–$92,000 CAD plus performance bonuses.

What This Role Involves

You will own end-to-end partner marketing programs, equipping resellers, referral partners, and integration partners with messaging, materials, and campaigns to sell SOCi with confidence. You'll combine strategic campaign development with hands-on content creation, using modern AI tools to accelerate asset production and extend impact beyond traditional team capacity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop SOCi's partner marketing strategy, executing co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and co-branded content initiatives
  • Activate partner-led customer advocacy by sourcing and promoting case studies, referrals, and testimonials
  • Coordinate partner events, sponsorships, and activations against measurable ROI and pipeline objectives
  • Administer market development funds (MDF), sales incentive programs, and partner incentive tracking
  • Prepare business recommendations and pipeline forecasts for partner marketing investment decisions
  • Adapt sales, product, and marketing materials into partner-ready, white-labeled versions at scale
  • Build reusable templates and resource libraries that enable partners to self-serve asset creation
  • Design interactive, self-guided product demonstrations for partner-led selling and training
  • Develop consistent partner training and onboarding content
  • Employ AI tools to draft, adapt, and localize partner enablement materials and campaigns rapidly
  • Manage partner communications including product updates, newsletters, and business review inputs
  • Connect Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand teams to align partner priorities

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience running campaigns, content programs, or demand generation
  • Proven direct experience in partner marketing or channel ecosystems
  • Strong ownership mentality with demonstrated ability to drive programs from idea to measurable results
  • Proficiency in hands-on content creation—drafting campaigns, adapting decks, customizing materials
  • Active proficiency in AI-assisted content production and workflow documentation
  • Ability to own and report against pipeline, ARR, or engagement metrics
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and responsibilities

Desired:

  • Hands-on experience with interactive demo tools (Navattic, Reprise, Storylane)
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystem tools (Impartner, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Allbound)
  • Experience managing MDF or producing co-branded and white-labeled partner materials
