Event Marketing Manager

SOCi is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to orchestrate its trade show strategy, conference execution, and event-driven pipeline analysis from a fully remote position anywhere in the United States. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized professional who can seamlessly manage logistics, creative development, and vendor coordination while building repeatable workflows using AI tools to enhance event experiences.

What This Role Involves

You'll take complete ownership of SOCi's event calendar—from major industry conferences to strategic third-party sponsorships—developing strategy, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and delivering comprehensive post-event ROI analysis. You'll also play a key supporting role on ReImagine, SOCi's flagship annual customer conference, working with leadership on execution while owning specific workstreams like vendor management and on-site operations. This position balances high-level strategic planning with meticulous attention to detail, requiring equal comfort with sales enablement, creative collaboration, and financial accountability.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end event strategy, planning, and logistics for SOCi's trade show calendar, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to stay on schedule and within budget
• Review, negotiate, and finalize event contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance
• Partner with creative and brand teams to produce event messaging, booth design, collateral, and pre/post-event campaigns
• Manage event asset inventory, shipping, and receiving logistics
• Leverage AI tools to automate event content production—from invitations and follow-up emails to feedback summaries—and build repeatable workflows for the team
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to capture event data, streamline follow-up, and measure event ROI
• Equip the sales team with pre- and post-event resources and talking points

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record planning and executing successful events end to end, from concept through post-event analysis
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent events and vendors
• Hands-on experience with event management platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools
• Comfort using AI tools to increase productivity and streamline workflows
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for in-person events
