Technical Account Manager – Hospital (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded health technology organization in their search for a Technical Account Manager focused on hospital clients. This Berlin-based role offers the chance to work at the intersection of healthcare infrastructure and innovative technology, ensuring complex hospital systems run smoothly and reliably.

In this position, you'll serve as the technical partner for a portfolio of hospital customers, managing integrations, deployments, and ongoing technical relationships. You'll bridge the gap between clinical teams, hospital IT departments, and internal engineering resources to drive successful implementations and long-term customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with a portfolio of hospitals and hospital groups, developing deep understanding of their HIS/KIS environments, infrastructure, clinical workflows, and key stakeholders
• Maintain technical account plans covering integrations, deployment architecture, security requirements, planned changes, risks, and upcoming rollout phases
• Lead release pre-briefings and technical reviews, helping customers assess impact of system changes before they affect clinical operations
• Manage technical issues across your accounts by providing relationship context and organizational insight to accelerate resolution alongside support teams
• Identify recurring patterns across hospital customers and translate them into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams
• Conduct site visits when rollouts or escalations require on-site technical support

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, health tech, or hospital IT environments
• Hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, logs, networks, identity and access management, and device/MDM configurations
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills across technical, clinical, and executive audiences
• Structured approach to managing complex organizations, multiple sites, and concurrent initiatives with data-driven progress tracking
• Professional fluency in German and comfortable English proficiency
• Based in Germany with willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
• Experience with hospital information systems is advantageous
