About the Role

As Team Lead for Regulatory and Homeowner Advocacy, you'll oversee a dedicated team focused on navigating complex regulatory environments while championing homeowner interests. This is a hands-on leadership position combining strategic oversight with direct involvement in compliance execution and advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team dedicated to regulatory compliance and homeowner advocacy programs
• Develop and implement homeowner advocacy strategies that balance regulatory requirements with customer protection
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing mortgage servicing and homeowner rights
• Oversee homeowner communications regarding regulatory matters and available advocacy support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory requirements into business operations
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt team processes and strategy accordingly
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and compliance reports
• Train and mentor team members to build expertise in regulatory and advocacy functions
