Role Overview

Amazon is seeking a motivated and customer-obsessed Team Lead to join our Middle Mile Sort Center operations. As a Team Lead, you will be the frontline leader responsible for managing a team of 30–80 associates during your assigned shift. Your role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of sortation operations—from inbound dock management through sortation to outbound dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Train and mentor associates to improve performance and maintain high standards of work
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive team environment
• Analyze data and provide insights to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Experience in logistics or operations management is preferred
• A commitment to safety and quality in all operations
