Role Overview

Amazon’s Disability and Leave Services (DLS) team within the HR Services organization is seeking a dedicated DLS Case Manager to join our mission of providing best-in-class leave of absence, disability, and accommodation services for employees across South Africa & Middle East. This role will involve managing various types of life events, ensuring seamless support and compliance with company policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee requests related to leave and accommodations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and medical professionals, to deliver high-quality service.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements for leave and accommodation services.
• Offer guidance and support to employees throughout their life events, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in case management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, particularly those related to leave of absence and disability accommodations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
