About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Trayline Team Lead on a part-time basis at our Allentown and Sacred Heart campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the trayline operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality in patient care support services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily trayline activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals to patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, dietary managers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in trayline or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage team members effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and infection control practices is essential.
