About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded legal technology company that is transforming how legal professionals access and analyze information. Following a recent seed funding round, our client is building out their talent acquisition function and needs an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across their European operations.

This is a foundational role where you'll have significant autonomy to shape hiring practices while working with a distributed team across multiple cities in Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from intake meetings with hiring managers through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles in partnership with department leads
• Source candidates proactively through outbound outreach, referral networks, professional communities, and creative channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview processes with multiple stakeholders
• Manage candidate feedback loops and drive timely hiring decisions
• Develop and refine hiring frameworks, assessment methods, and process documentation as the team scales
• Design candidate experiences that reflect the organization's culture and values
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies
• Take on broader people operations responsibilities as the function matures

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated success identifying and attracting high-caliber talent in competitive markets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple search processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where processes are still being established
• Creative approach to sourcing, willing to explore unconventional channels and strategies
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey
• Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers across different functions
• Hands-on experience with modern applicant tracking systems, particularly Ashby
• Enthusiasm for early-stage company dynamics and comfort with high levels of ownership and autonomy
• Based in or willing to relocate to Germany

Pay
