About the Role

As a Senior Manager driving Studio Adobe sales and delivery initiatives, you'll own the lifecycle of client engagements—from strategic planning and solution architecture through successful implementation and value realization. You'll translate client business challenges into Adobe-powered strategies, building and nurturing relationships that generate sustainable revenue while establishing EY as a trusted Adobe partner.

What You'll Do

• Lead the sales strategy and delivery roadmap for Adobe solutions across your client portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and positioning advanced digital capabilities
• Manage complex, multi-phase implementations that span creative, marketing automation, and digital experience platforms
• Mentor and develop a team of consultants and delivery specialists, fostering technical excellence and client-first problem-solving
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution design, resource planning, and on-time, on-budget delivery
• Engage executives and stakeholders in strategic conversations about digital maturity, Adobe modernization, and competitive advantage
• Track project health, revenue targets, and team performance, reporting insights to leadership while driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution delivery, or consulting, with demonstrated success in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, or related enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to manage large, complex client engagements and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, client communication skills, and comfort with sales metrics and revenue responsibility
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in business, computer science, or related field
