About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lovisa, you'll be the face of our brand on the sales floor. You'll help customers discover the perfect jewelry pieces from our current collection of trendy, affordable styles. This is a full-time position where you'll develop genuine product knowledge, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to a vibrant, team-oriented store culture.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding jewelry that matches their personal style and budget
• Build product expertise across our seasonal collections and communicate the value and uniqueness of each piece
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges following store procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting
• Collaborate with your team to meet store goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends to effectively educate customers

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in fashion, jewelry, and helping customers express their personal style
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a similar sales environment is a plus
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic math for transactions
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support your team
