About the Role
As a Junior Superintendent at Villas Construction & Remodeling In, you will take ownership of day-to-day field operations on high-end residential projects. This is a full-time, on-site position in Boynton Beach running Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain quality standards across all construction disciplines
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for subcontractors and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Working knowledge across multiple construction trades
- Familiarity with code compliance requirements for residential builds
- Experience with structural framing, interior framing, and layout processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage busy job sites
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County
