Strategic Account Executive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential document management software organization seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their team in Germering, Germany. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through partner channel development and direct sales support.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Meeting and exceeding established sales quotas through strategic partner relationship management
• Developing business opportunities via the partner channel by creating and implementing targeted marketing plans
• Supporting partners with lead qualification and leveraging your closing skills to secure deals
• Conducting sales workshops, training sessions, end-user webinars, and customer presentations
• Acquiring new partners and expanding the authorized partner network
• Managing monthly administrative tasks including CRM updates and reporting to management
• Independently managing opportunities from initial contact through pre-sales to successful closure

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of professional sales experience, specifically with document management, business, accounting, or ERP software
• Strong presentation and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups including customers, sales teams, and partners
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to competently demonstrate software functions and articulate their business benefits
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and identify tailored solutions
• Excellent verbal and written German language skills
• Very high proficiency in spoken and written English
• High willingness to travel regularly
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people
