Position Summary

• Execute complex test cases, analyze results, and produce clear defect reports with root-cause insights for rapid resolution.
• Partner closely with developers and product owners to embed quality checkpoints early in the development workflow.
• Mentor junior quality team members, review their work, and help establish consistent testing standards across initiatives.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements that raise overall product stability.
