What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis models, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and track performance against targets
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance and key business drivers
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting and presentations for leadership team reviews
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
- Support capital allocation decisions and business case development for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across finance, operations, and strategy functions to ensure alignment on business priorities
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A, business analysis, or financial planning roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification preferred
- Banking or financial services industry experience valued
