About the Role

The Spiritual Life Coordinator 2026‑2027 School Year supports the spiritual formation of adolescents by designing and overseeing chapel experiences, Bible‑study groups, pastoral conversations, and outreach initiatives. What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead weekly chapel programs for both middle and high school students, selecting speakers, music, and themes that align with the school’s mission.

  • Provide one‑on‑one spiritual guidance and confidential counseling to students seeking support or direction.

What We're Looking For

  • A committed Christian with a personal faith walk and experience in youth ministry, campus ministry, or related pastoral work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trusting relationships with teenagers, staff, and families.
  • Proven ability to design and execute engaging worship services and Bible‑study sessions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including comfort with public speaking and written correspondence.
  • Familiarity with Indiana educational standards or willingness to learn the context of Christian Academy School System.
  • Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, education, or equivalent practical experience.
