Spécialiste Support Comptable (Télétravail complet possible depuis Quimper)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization seeking a Spécialiste Support Comptable in Quimper, with full remote work possible.

As an accounting support specialist, you will serve as a technical expert for clients who rely on the platform for their financial and accounting management. You will be at the heart of the client experience, helping business leaders and their accounting teams maximize the value of the solution.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Receiving and qualifying client requests with deep understanding of accounting principles
• Investigating issues and providing rapid, impactful solutions to users
• Escalating technical problems to engineering teams when necessary
• Assisting accountants (both in-house and from firms) with data migration and onboarding
• Managing increasingly complex client requests with full autonomy
• Creating and updating support documentation to improve client self-service
• Sharing accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues
• Collecting and communicating structured client feedback to product teams
• Identifying process improvements to increase team efficiency
• Leading projects that drive your professional growth and team success

What we're looking for

• Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA, or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (ideally having completed at least three fiscal periods)
• Professional-level English proficiency
• Strong written communication skills with ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally
• Client-focused mindset with excellent service orientation
• Autonomous problem-solver who can find solutions independently
• Enthusiasm for innovative tools and new technologies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Adaptability to rapid product evolution
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with platform updates
• Experience working directly with business owners (e.g., internal advisory roles) is a plus
