About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential events organization that operates across Northern Europe. Our talent team is seeking a Speaker Associate to join their London office and take ownership of content curation and speaker relations for industry conferences.

This is an in-person role based at their London headquarters, offering significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment. You'll work directly with senior executives across multiple countries to develop conference programming and build lasting industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead research to identify emerging industry trends and topics that will shape conference agendas
• Design comprehensive content programs and session formats that deliver exceptional attendee experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at leading companies globally
• Coordinate with keynote speakers and panelists to ensure high-quality content delivery on stage
• Travel internationally to support conferences and events throughout the year
• Manage end-to-end speaker outreach, from initial contact through event execution

What We're Looking For

Our client does not require specific prior experience for this role, as comprehensive training is provided. However, candidates must have UK work authorization.
