About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential software company seeking Programmers to join their distributed development team across Europe. This is a remote-first role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the EU/EEA, provided you have a reliable internet connection.

You'll be part of an international, collaborative environment working on integrated management software solutions. The team operates virtually with daily morning meetings in English and regular collaboration sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create brilliant functionality and user experiences for the platform
• Understand customer needs and transform them into easy-to-use features
• Assist customers in gaining full benefit from the software solutions
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and consultants across the organization
• Provide customer support via email, online meetings, or on-site visits when needed
• Help evolve the system organically while promoting simplicity and working software

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of C# and.NET / ASP.NET development
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies
• Solid understanding of SQL
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Android and/or iOS development using Xamarin
