Responsibilities

• Route conduit, pull electrical wiring, and complete terminations to inverters and disconnects under supervision
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to ensure precise layout and secure connections
• Inspect completed work areas for proper alignment, torquing, and cleanliness before final walkthroughs
• Coordinate with fellow crew members to stage materials efficiently and complete daily installation goals
• Follow all site safety procedures involving fall protection, ladder use, and material handling throughout the day

Requirements

• Demonstrated physical capability for lifting equipment up to 50 pounds and working on elevated surfaces for extended periods
• Comfort performing outdoor duties under Houston weather conditions including heat, sun, and occasional moisture
• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding suitable for reading simple schematics and tool instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred along with a willingness to follow established protocols and training guidance
• Reliable transportation plus a valid driver’s license, since travel to job sites around TX Houston is typically required
