Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Document findings in detailed service reports and escalate complex matters to senior technicians
- Follow strict safety protocols, maintain tools and vehicle readiness, and deliver respectful customer interactions
- Coordinate scheduling updates with the local operations team to maximize route efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven mechanical or technical aptitude with experience in field service, diagnostics, or equipment maintenance
- Comfort working independently at outdoor locations and climbing ladders or roofs when required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation suitable for daily site visits around East Peoria, IL
- Basic computer skills for mobile apps, data entry, and digital reporting
- Strong attention to detail, clear verbal communication, and commitment to workplace safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior technician training or certifications preferred but not mandatory
