Our talent team is representing a confidential professional services organization that connects skilled practitioners with vetted clients. We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join their curated network of marketing professionals serving multiple client accounts remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms for 2-5 ongoing client accounts
• Create tailored content strategies and detailed content calendars that align with each client's specific goals
• Design and produce visually engaging content including short-form video, carousels, stories, and other platform-specific formats
• Craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences, industries, and client priorities
• Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines (typically 1-2 day turnaround times)
• Maintain brand consistency across diverse client portfolios and industry verticals
• Adapt quickly to new platforms, tools, and client systems with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Strong graphic design and editing abilities with experience creating on-brand visual content
• Experience with short-form video content creation and editing
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
• Demonstrated project management skills including prioritization, deadline management, and multi-client coordination
• Comfort with web-based applications, AI tools, and ability to learn new systems independently
• Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills
• U.S.-based with reliable computer and strong, consistent internet connection
• Weekday availability for client communication and project turnaround
