Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential e-commerce agency based in Stuttgart. This organization specializes in marketplace strategies and is now expanding into social commerce. We're searching for an experienced professional to architect and launch their TikTok Shop operations from the ground up, transforming social media presence into a scalable revenue channel for their clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build the entire TikTok commerce infrastructure, combining performance marketing with creator partnerships to drive measurable sales results. You'll establish this service line as a core offering and position it as a growth driver for the agency's client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive TikTok Shop strategies for multiple client accounts from zero to launch
• Build the technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop operations, handling both strategic planning and operational execution in the initial phase
• Monitor platform developments, identify emerging features and trends, and rapidly translate them into effective sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a permanent service offering within the agency, defining key performance indicators and success metrics
• Transition from hands-on execution to strategic oversight as the function scales

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in TikTok marketing with a track record of successfully building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise with TikTok Ads Manager, platform algorithms, and the technical workflows surrounding TikTok Shop operations
• Strong execution capabilities—you don't just plan, you build the technical and operational foundation yourself during the launch phase
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret analytics, maintain oversight, and present results clearly to management
• Complete autonomy in your work style, proactively driving initiatives forward and explaining complex processes in simple terms
• Fluency in German is required for this Stuttgart-based role
