E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing US-based e-commerce brand in the foot care and wellness space. Our client operates on Shopify and Amazon, with a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical manufacturing. They are seeking an E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager to join their fully remote team and drive strategic growth initiatives across digital channels.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Argentina. You'll work closely with leadership to double sales, expand the customer base, and elevate brand presence across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and customer acquisition goals
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC to drive traffic and increase conversions
• Continuously analyze and optimize the website for user experience, performance, and conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
• Execute compelling e-commerce promotions that resonate with target audiences
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Find and collaborate with influencers to become brand ambassadors
• Optimize social media channels to amplify brand messaging and drive conversions
• Manage current team members and hire new talent according to business needs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a growth marketing or digital marketing role within e-commerce
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies including SEO and PPC
• Proficiency in Shopify, email marketing platforms, and social media channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies
• Creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Amazon marketplace specifics is a significant plus
• Comfort with implementing automation tools and exploring AI to improve efficiency
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• A strong desire to grow a company and demonstrate skills that lead to measurable impact
