Maximus is hiring a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist (for Military members only) for our Indianapolis, Marion County office. This is a full-time position focused on driving strategic marketing initiatives and talent acquisition within the Skillbridge program, connecting military service members with meaningful career opportunities.

About the Role

The Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and engaging military members through targeted marketing and employer branding efforts. You'll develop and execute campaigns that showcase career pathways and support military-to-civilian talent transitions within the Skillbridge framework.

What You'll Do

• Design and launch talent acquisition marketing strategies that appeal to military service members and veterans
• Develop integrated digital campaigns that combine email, social media, and web-based messaging
• Create targeted audience segments to deliver personalized outreach and employer branding content
• Build and manage email marketing initiatives including nurture sequences and campaign performance tracking
• Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics and key performance indicators to optimize results
• Support program operations and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent messaging and execution
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and resources that resonate with military audiences

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign development, or talent acquisition marketing
• Strong capability in email marketing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation platforms
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with military culture and the career transition landscape is valuable
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
