As the central point of connection between our executive leadership and board of directors, you'll manage critical administrative functions while supporting strategic governance and operational excellence.
About the Role
This full-time position brings together executive support and board coordination under one strategic function. You'll be the organizational backbone enabling leadership to focus on high-impact priorities while ensuring board operations run seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications with precision and discretion
- Coordinate board meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials preparation, and minutes
- Prepare and maintain governance documents and board records
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership, the board, and key stakeholders
- Handle special projects and initiatives that support strategic objectives
- Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar leadership support role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with office technology and scheduling software
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
