About the Role

As the Site Head of Portfolio Management, you will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of capital and operational initiatives that support Sanofi’s vaccine manufacturing goals. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively against quality and schedule targets.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage site CAPEX and OPEX to meet financial targets and reporting requirements
• Align project portfolios and resource plans with site‑critical business needs, including Shine and M&S vaccine quality metrics
• Ensure on‑time delivery of performance metrics reporting and maintain accurate data for leadership review
• Coordinate with project managers, finance, quality, and operations teams to track progress and mitigate risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility and decision‑making
• Support governance processes by preparing executive summaries, variance analyses, and forecast updates

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex project portfolios in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong background in financial planning, capital budgeting, and operational expense tracking
• Familiarity with vaccine production processes and quality standards such as those for Shine and M&S products
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Effective communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus
