Cyberspace Operations Planner with Security Clearance

Strategic Technologies Analytics Group is recruiting a Cyberspace Operations Planner to support national security operations from our Leon Valley, Bexar County office. This full-time position requires an active security clearance.

About the Role

As Cyberspace Operations Planner, you will develop, coordinate, and execute cyber operation strategies aligned with military doctrine and interagency frameworks. This role bridges planning, intelligence analysis, and operations execution, requiring both strategic vision and technical precision in a fast-moving national security environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and coordinate cyberspace operations plans supporting national defense objectives
• Analyze intelligence requirements and translate them into operational cyber strategies
• Collaborate with joint planning teams to integrate cyber capabilities into broader military and intelligence operations
• Develop targeting strategies and operational concepts using established military planning doctrine
• Prepare comprehensive operational plans, briefings, and analytical reports for senior leadership
• Assess operational outcomes and refine cyber strategy based on mission results
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and classified information handling procedures

What We're Looking For

• Active U.S. security clearance
• Proven experience in cyberspace operations, intelligence planning, or military analysis
• Strong knowledge of Joint military planning doctrine and operational concepts
• Expertise in cyber targeting analysis and operational assessment
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities
• Professional communication skills, particularly for senior stakeholders
• Commitment to security compliance and classified information handling
