What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare networks in Chicago and surrounding regions
- Identify immunization needs and position vaccine solutions that align with institutional priorities
- Present clinical evidence, vaccination programs, and preventive healthcare strategies to medical and administrative leadership
- Manage account relationships, budgets, and forecasts to support revenue objectives
- Work closely with clinical, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Monitor vaccine utilization trends, immunization guidelines, and competitive landscape
- Travel to customer sites and attend healthcare industry meetings as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, account management, or healthcare business development experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex B2B relationships with healthcare institutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical staff
- Background in vaccine products, immunization, or preventive healthcare preferred
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare management, or related discipline
