About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at ENFRA, you will own the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects in Springfield, Illinois. This full-time, on-site position places you at the center of planning, execution, and delivery, where your leadership keeps schedules, budgets, and teams aligned from groundbreaking through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct commercial construction projects from initial planning and scoping through completion and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans to keep work on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and resolve issues before they affect cost or schedule.
• Enforce safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance across every job site.
• Communicate status, milestones, and outcomes clearly to clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven, senior-level experience managing commercial construction projects end to end.
• Strong command of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Skilled leadership of teams, contractors, and external partners across multiple project phases.
• Solid working knowledge of construction safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Springfield, Sangamon County.
