Sr. Project Manager-MEP Commercial Construction Projects

ENFRA is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager — MEP Commercial Construction Projects based in Edgewood, Orange County, to lead complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes within the company's growing energy infrastructure portfolio.

About the Role

In this senior-level position, you will own the full project lifecycle for MEP-driven commercial construction work — from preconstruction planning through final commissioning. You'll coordinate across engineering, field operations, and ownership teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the energy infrastructure space.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of MEP commercial construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors to maintain sequencing and avoid conflicts in the field
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders with accuracy and speed
• Monitor cost performance, forecast variances, and implement corrective actions to protect margins
• Conduct regular project meetings and deliver clear status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Enforce adherence to applicable building codes, safety standards, and quality control protocols on every project site
• Support commissioning, system startup, and owner training during project turnover

What We're Looking For

• 7 or more years of project management experience focused on MEP systems within commercial construction
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multi-trade projects from award through closeout
• Deep working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their interdependencies
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
• Strong grasp of contract management, change order negotiation, and cost control
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field — or equivalent experience
• PMP or equivalent professional certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
